Tell any staff member, call 509-532-8855 (TTY: 711), or email info@gatewaycounseling.net. Please ask when you schedule your first appointment so everything is ready when you arrive. Services are provided in a timely manner, and asking for them will never affect your treatment.

File a grievance with Gateway

If you believe Gateway has failed to provide these services or has discriminated against you in another way, you can file a grievance with our Section 1557 Coordinator:
