Yes. We provide court-recognized DUI evaluations, as well as evaluations for other legal or personal needs.
Typically, evaluations will take between 1-2 hours.
Please bring your photo ID, your packet (if completed beforehand), any legal paperwork from probation, courts, or attorneys, and your insurance card (if using insurance).
Yes! We provide structured treatment plans that meet Washington State deferred prosecution requirements.

Yes. In addition to our standard self-pay rates, we offer a special rate application for clients who cannot afford the full cost. Please note that these spots are limited, and not all applications will be approved.
Yes. We are in-network with most major insurances, including Premera, Regence, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaiser, and Aetna. Medicaid enrollment is currently in process.
We understand that things come up and emergencies happen. Contact as soon as possible so you can reschedule and so we can keep you on track with court or treatment requirements.
ADIS (Alcohol and Drug Information School) is an 8-hour educational course recognized by Washington State courts. We offer this program for both court-ordered and self-referred clients.
Unfortunately, ADIS is not considered medically necessary, so medical insurance will not pay for the class.
Definitely! You don't need a court order to receive an evaluation or treatment.
Yes! Although evaluations are typically required to be in-person, other appointments can be done on our secure telehealth platform
